Bad cut? We redo it by hand
Software gets things wrong. Sometimes it cuts off the end of a sentence. Sometimes it picks the wrong take, or the captions land in a spot you hate.
Most of the time you fix that by asking: "put the last line back", "use the second take". It takes seconds.
When asking isn't enough
Some videos just won't come out right. When that happens, tell us. A person on our team opens your clips and edits the video by hand.
You don't need to argue your case or fill in a form. Reply with what's wrong and what you wanted.
Why we do this
We'd rather do the work than have you quietly decide Cutleap doesn't work. Every video we have to fix by hand also shows us where the software is weak, and that's how we improve it.
