Who we are

Cutleap is run by Local Group Software, Corp., 1968 S. Coast Highway, #3447, Laguna Beach, California 92651, United States. We're responsible for your information.

What we collect

When you join early access: your email and when you signed up. If you choose to add them: your business name, what best describes you and a link to a clip. We also keep your place in line, a private code for your personal link, and who referred you, if anyone.

We don't use cookies, analytics or ad trackers. Your browser keeps two small values that never leave your device: that you closed the cookie notice, and the invite code you arrived with, if any, until you close the tab.

Why

Only to contact you about the pilot and make your videos. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Where it's stored

With Cloudflare, which hosts this site, possibly outside your country. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address.

How long

Until the pilot ends or you ask us to delete it, and never longer than 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change matters to you, we'll email you first. See also our Terms of Service.
