Your footage is your product, your shop, your face. You should know what happens to it.
You own it
We don't take ownership of anything you send us. The footage is yours, and so are the videos we make from it. This is in our Terms of Service in plain terms.
We don't use it to promote ourselves
We won't put your footage or your videos in our own marketing without asking you first.
We don't train public AI on it
We don't use your clips to train AI models that we or anyone else offer to the public.
We only edit what you give us
Cutleap doesn't invent footage. It cuts, captions and arranges the clips you upload, plus licensed music. If you want generated shots, you bring them.
Keep your own copies
Cutleap isn't a backup. Keep the originals on your phone or drive. If you want your clips deleted from Cutleap, email us and we'll do it.
