Why daily posting becomes a volume problem
One video is manageable. You film it, edit it, post it, and it takes an evening. Seven videos a week is seven evenings. The work doesn’t get harder, there’s just more of it, and it lands on the same person who also runs the business.
That’s why “I should post more” so rarely turns into posting more. The ideas are fine. The pile of unfinished edits is what stops people.
Editing is only part of it
Three steps take time: editing, revising and publishing. Editing is the first cut. Revising is everything after you watch it: the start is slow, a caption is wrong, a clip is in the wrong place. Publishing is the sizing, the export and the upload for each app.
Revising is the one people underestimate. In a timeline editor a small change means finding the spot, fixing it and exporting again, and one fix can disturb something else. Multiply that by every video and you can see where the evening goes. Our own rough estimate for one 30-second Reel is 40 to 80 minutes, most of it after the first cut.
What Cutleap is for
Cutleap’s core value is making footage faster to edit, revise and publish, so business owners can post consistently without editing taking over their day. You upload your clips and say what you want. The first cut comes back in minutes, a change is a sentence, and the finished video comes out in 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
How to make it a routine
Film in one sitting. Talk about five or six separate things, plus ten short clips of your product or space. That’s a week of material.
Ask for a batch, then change what you don’t like in plain words: “make the hook faster”, “use my product shots over the cuts”. Post a few times a week, every week.
Consistency beats volume
You don’t need to post daily to get the benefit. A few videos a week that actually go out are worth more than a burst of daily posts followed by silence. The aim is a rhythm you can keep, with editing as the smallest part of it.
“Make 5 TikToks from this, one point each.”
“Make the hook faster in all of them.”
“Use my product shots as B-roll over the cuts.”

How often should I post?
Pick a number you can keep for months. A few times a week, every week, beats a daily burst followed by silence.
Does Cutleap post for me?
No. It edits, revises and exports your videos, and you post them yourself.
